In this clip from the *Blade to Greatness* podcast, *Andy Laudato* (COO of The Vitamin Shoppe, author of Fostering Innovation) explains what a diode actually does (electricity in, electricity NOT out) and why it's the cleanest leadership analogy for accountability ever drawn on a circuit board.
The "Be a Diode" leadership philosophy in two lines:
✅ Praise and credit flow THROUGH you to your team
🛑 Complaints and blame STOP with you
Reverse the polarity most leaders were trained on. That's the whole job.
